1. A character dumps his/her girlfriend/boyfriend for a good
reason.
2. Jerry invites Newman into his apartment.
3. Susan (George’s fiance if anyone doesn’t know) let’s George
keep any sort of private information secret.
4. Jerry dates a woman over a size 15.
5. The viewers see the inside of Kramer’s apartment.
6. A character goes out with someone for a full week and doesn’t
have sex.
7. Uncle Leo accuses nobody of being an Anti-Semantic.
8. Steinbrenner shuts up for a minute and lets George talk.
9. Mr. Peterman enters a conversation without telling a boring
anecdote.
10. Kramer knocks before entering Jerry’s apartment.
11. Kramer gets a real job.
12. Kramer gets evicted for not paying his rent since he has no
source of income.
13. The owner of the diner which Jerry and the gang hang out at
kicks them out for sitting there for 30 minutes without ordering
anything.
14. Ten minutes go by in the show and no two characters start
bickering about something insignificant and stupid.
I agree with Unknown on those points. Not too sure about #6 on having met the entire week but it's possible.

You get to see Kramer's apartment - in that episode 'the reverse peephole', and also in that episode where Kramer becomes host to a few Japanese tourists.... this is not exhaustive however.

There is an episode where Kramer, after a brief serious conversation with Jerry on yet another small issue, becomes a little bit more formal and knocks before entering.

Kramer was actually officially on strike (for almost the entire series) from working in a bagel shop. In one episode that strike was over as the their wage demands were met (inadvertently by raising minimum wages) and Kramer briefly went back to work there - where only after a brief period he goes on strike again.
